PPC Account Manager

A role has opened up in our marketing team for an enthusiastic and self-motivated PPC Account Manager who can work with our marketing team to plan and implement strategy and set up a process of continuous improvement across paid and organic search.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven PPC Account Manager to join our growing team of digital professionals. You will be a completer-finisher who thrives on communication & organisation.

With a strong analytics background, previous agency experience is desirable, and you must have a proven track record in managing PPC projects for a wide range of clients. You are highly organised, very comfortable & confident communicating with clients, whether it be face-to-face, over the phone/video, or via email

Your role will involve

  • Undertaking an initial and thorough PPC audit with an ongoing requirement to update stakeholders at all levels on a regular basis.
  • Conducting competitor research into paid advertising and keywords
  • Create and deliver an aligned strategy for PPC & SEO, with a commitment to regularly reviewing the performance
  • Analysing and improving both on-site and off-site SEO for a variety of clients
  • Monthly business wide reporting on current positioning and planned improvements to address key business objectives
  • Balancing training and development time with workload, to keep up to date with industry changes while keeping on top of campaigns
  • Working alongside the marketing team and development team to influence the client experience and on-page performance
  • Evaluating our clients user experience and reporting findings

Skills & Experience

  • A degree in a related field and a minimum of two years experience, OR A minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • A strong knowledge of essential tools, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush & MS Excel.
  • Demonstrable experience of creating effective PPC campaigns
  • An up-to-date understanding of managing and resolving issues impacting on SEO as well as developing an ongoing SEO strategy
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all business levels

Would be beneficial:

  • Experience in an ecommerce environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Understanding of UX and/or CRO
  • Mailchimp or similar
